1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or utilizing the NextIn real-time queue management platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing the system.
2. Patient Data & Privacy Disclosure
We prioritize the privacy of your clients. Phone numbers and names captured during walk-in registrations are stored securely inside encrypted cloud databases. We do not sell, rent, or share patient data with third parties. Doctors and attendants are solely responsible for obtaining parental or guardian consent before registering minors.
3. Subscription Trial Policy
NextIn offers a 14-day fully featured free trial. No credit card is required to sign up. Upon expiration of the 14-day trial, workspaces must configure an active subscription plan to avoid automatic service suspension. Locked workspaces can export their past client log records up to 30 days post-expiration.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA, NextIn is provided "as-is". We are not responsible for queue delays, hardware disconnects, or client scheduling conflicts arising from network latency or server maintenance windows.
